Ale to hlavn\u00ed\u00a0 se odehr\u00e1v\u00e1 dlouho p\u0159edt\u00edm. Je t\u0159eba pochopit c\u00edlovou skupinu. Jak\u00e9 m\u00e1 hodnoty, jak vid\u00ed sv\u011bt, co o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1. Bez dat by to bylo jen st\u0159\u00edlen\u00ed naslepo. D\u00edky nim v\u00edme t\u0159eba i to, \u017ee generace Z se na budoucnost d\u00edv\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161 kriticky ne\u017e s optimismem.
