Jsou to legitimn\u00ed ot\u00e1zky, jen p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 brzy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159ed v\u00fdb\u011brem m\u00e9di\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt jasno v z\u00e1kladech: kde na trhu le\u017e\u00ed pen\u00edze, kter\u00e9 chcete z\u00edskat, a kde jsou tedy potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edci (m\u00e1lokdy to jsou \u201ev\u0161ichni\u201c, jak \u010dasto sly\u0161\u00edme). Kdo jsou lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed \u0159e\u0161\u00ed sv\u00e9 pot\u0159eby a utr\u00e1cej\u00ed sv\u00e9 pen\u00edze, co je motivuje k n\u00e1kupu a co p\u0159esn\u011b jim mus\u00edte \u0159\u00edct, aby si vybrali v\u00e1s. Teprve s t\u011bmito odpov\u011b\u010fmi d\u00e1v\u00e1 medi\u00e1ln\u00ed pl\u00e1n smysl. Strategie b\u00fdv\u00e1 zd\u00e1nliv\u011b pomal\u00e1, vy\u017eaduje v\u00fdzkumy trhu, anal\u00fdzu dat a n\u011bkdy i revizi vlastn\u00edho byznysu. M\u00e9dia oproti tomu nab\u00edzej\u00ed okam\u017eitou odezvu: kliknut\u00ed, zobrazen\u00ed a m\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky. Jen\u017ee \u010d\u00edsla m\u011b\u0159\u00ed pouze mno\u017estv\u00ed zobrazen\u00ed, z\u00e1sah a frekvenci. Pov\u011bdom\u00ed o zna\u010dce je v\u00fdsledek c\u00edlen\u00e9, strategicky \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 brandov\u00e9 komunikace, ne v\u00fdkonnostn\u00edch kampan\u00ed s c\u00edlem rychl\u00e9ho prodeje.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Strategie nen\u00ed luxus. Je to z\u00e1klad.<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strategick\u00fd z\u00e1klad nen\u00ed abstraktn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed, ale \u0159ada konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch krok\u016f ov\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch t\u011bmi nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi firmami: anal\u00fdza trhu, spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00fd v\u00fdzkum, v\u00fdb\u011br a definice segmentu pro c\u00edlen\u00ed zna\u010dky, atraktivn\u00ed formulace sd\u011blen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 rezonuje s jejich pot\u0159ebami. M\u00e9dia p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed na \u0159adu a\u017e jako posledn\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek \u0159et\u011bzce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eMedi\u00e1ln\u00ed pl\u00e1n bez strategick\u00e9ho z\u00e1kladu je jako navigace bez c\u00edle,\u201d \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Robert Ren\u010d, managing partner Magnas a p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostn\u00fd jachta\u0159. \u201eSyst\u00e9m funguje, po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 trasy, ale nev\u00edte, kam jedete. Vid\u00edme to opakovan\u011b: kampan\u011b jsou technicky spr\u00e1vn\u011b nastaven\u00e9, ale nekomunikuj\u00ed nic podstatn\u00e9ho. Proto\u017ee nikdo p\u0159edt\u00edm nezodpov\u011bd\u011bl ot\u00e1zku, co je vlastn\u011b podstatn\u00e9, komu a jak to m\u00e1me \u0159\u00edkat.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Co se stane, kdy\u017e strategie chyb\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bez strategie se snadno stane, \u017ee mluv\u00edte k lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed nenakupuj\u00ed, nebo nakupuj\u00ed v objemech, kter\u00e9 nepokryj\u00ed ani n\u00e1klady na kampa\u0148. \u010casto pak \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edka nezaj\u00edmaj\u00ed, proto\u017ee komunikujete v\u00fdhody d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro v\u00e1s, nikoliv pro n\u011bj. V\u00fdsledkem je i to, \u017ee ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b m\u011bn\u00edte kreativu, proto\u017ee netu\u0161\u00edte, co skute\u010dn\u011b funguje. Zna\u010dka se tak pro z\u00e1kazn\u00edka st\u00e1v\u00e1 ne\u010ditelnou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Firmy, kter\u00e9 nekombinuj\u00ed brandov\u00e9 a v\u00fdkonov\u00e9 c\u00edle, podle WARC opakovan\u011b pl\u00fdtvaj\u00ed rozpo\u010dtem a dlouhodob\u011b po\u0161kozuj\u00ed vlastn\u00ed zna\u010dku. V\u00fdsledkem jsou kampan\u011b, kter\u00e9 sice spln\u00ed medi\u00e1ln\u00ed KPI, ale s byznysem re\u00e1ln\u011b nepohnou.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Dosah bez obsahu nesta\u010d\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ehrenberg-Bass Institute, jedna z nejvlivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch instituc\u00ed v marketingu, dlouhodob\u011b ukazuje, \u017ee zna\u010dky rostou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159es \u0161irokou fyzickou a ment\u00e1ln\u00ed dostupnost. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u00fazk\u00e9 c\u00edlen\u00ed na pravideln\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky m\u00edj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostn\u00e9 kupuj\u00edc\u00ed \u2013 a pr\u00e1v\u011b ti p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed d\u00edky sv\u00e9 \u010detnosti nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed potenci\u00e1l r\u016fstu. \u0160irok\u00fd dosah ale p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 jedno: \u017ee v\u00edte, co lidem \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te. A to je p\u0159esn\u011b ot\u00e1zka strategie.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Na konci je v\u017edy byznys<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kvalitn\u00ed medi\u00e1ln\u00ed pl\u00e1n, kter\u00fd pracuje se spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm mixem kan\u00e1l\u016f a funk\u010dn\u00ed kreativou, je siln\u00fd n\u00e1stroj. Jeho \u00fa\u010dinnost je ale p\u0159\u00edmo \u00fam\u011brn\u00e1 kvalit\u011b strategie, ze kter\u00e9 vych\u00e1z\u00ed. \u201eStrategie nezpomaluje byznys, naopak ho nastartuje,\u201d uzav\u00edr\u00e1 Martin Kud\u011bla. \u201cAbsence strategie tvo\u0159\u00ed chaos a ztr\u00e1ty, co\u017e pozn\u00e1te a\u017e o p\u016fl roku pozd\u011bji, kdy\u017e se d\u00edv\u00e1te na v\u00fdsledky.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dobr\u00e1 strategie nen\u00ed o tom v\u011bd\u011bt v\u0161e dop\u0159edu. Je o tom nep\u0159enechat kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed n\u00e1hod\u011b. \u00dalohou strategie je zajistit, aby sd\u011blen\u00ed bylo natolik siln\u00e9, aby vyvolalo akci. \u00dalohou m\u00e9di\u00ed je ho doru\u010dit. Ne naopak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nejste si jist\u00ed, kde ve va\u0161em marketingu kon\u010d\u00ed strategie a za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 exekuce?
