How we increased reach and engagement on social media
for KAPITOL by 16 times

About the client
KAPITOL is a Czech company with more than 25 years of history and a member of the Vienna Insurance Group (VIG). It specializes in financial consulting, investments, real estate, and car insurance. Thanks to its network of independent advisors, it is one of the most important players on the Czech market. Our task was to help the brand become more visible online, showcase its corporate culture, and attract new employees.

How did we do it?

video-first approach
We supported
the KAPITOL team
- We focused our communication on three main channels: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Based on our analysis, we prepared an annual post plan with an emphasis on a consistent tone of voice.

- We planned the filming with a focus on detail – we prepared questions, scripts, and a clear schedule.

- We used reading devices for natural delivery and supported the consultants in front of the camera.
- Each output underwent professional post-production: from editing and musical accompaniment to subtitles and fine-tuning for social media.
- We put a lot of emphasis on visual consistency and high-quality output.
- We designed the interview format and prepared scripts tailored to specific personalities.
- We prepared the advisors individually for their time in front of the camera, including working with the reading device and practicing natural speech.
- We guided them through the entire filming process with an emphasis on comfort, clarity, and confidence in their own expression.
- We organized workshops focused on how to create their own content and share it effectively.
- Thanks to individual consultations and regular support, we have increased their confidence and openness to engage in corporate communications over the long term.
